The next step is specific: retain the intimate 60-place first session and move the evening meetup to a proposed 200-seat theater, supported by audio/visual, refreshments, and event documentation.

On 7 December, The GITEX Summit takes place at Dubai World Trade Centre. Meet Manus 2.0 | Dubai takes place the same day at Maktabi, on the 18th floor of Sheikh Rashid Tower, within the same DWTC complex—right next door.
This independent meetup is deliberately timed to coincide with the Summit, bringing practical AI conversations into the same place and the same tech-focused week.

Venue Partner
In-kind theater + audio/visual
Venue recognition, a stage welcome, and a branded presence. Maktabi already supports the current two 60-place sessions. The proposed theater partnership is under discussion.
Exclusivity is specific. Presenting and Gold categories will be defined before confirmation, without conflicts across the partner roster. Supporting partners receive no exclusivity of their own.
Cash partnership opportunities are open. No cash partner is confirmed. Final deliverables and arrangements are agreed with each partner.

distinctions.
Is this an official Manus or GITEX event?
No. It is an independent community meetup organized by Cyrille C. Catel / APX Vision FZE, supported through Manus Credits Sponsorship. It is not an official Manus, partnered, or co-hosted event. It coincides with The GITEX Summit but is not affiliated with GITEX.
Is the 200-seat theater confirmed?
Not yet. The existing two sessions of 60 places are secured. Moving the evening session to the theater remains subject to venue agreement and funding.
Are the registration numbers live?
No. The figures show an organizer-provided snapshot as of 19 October 2026: 120 registered and 187 waitlisted. They are updated manually and do not guarantee attendance or distinct individuals.
Will partners receive attendee contacts?
Only where valid, specific partner opt-in consent has been obtained. Consent collection is planned for registration. No unrestricted attendee list or number of leads is promised.
